Join hypnotherapist Marina Lavenius and seasoned yoga teacher and sound bath facilitator Eva Estlander for an immersive journey into theta brainwave states. This unique experience combines gentle guided practices, sound healing, and hypnotherapy to help you access deep relaxation, inner clarity, and subconscious insights.
Theta brainwaves are linked to creativity, intuition, and profound states of calm. This two-hour session will guide you through practices that allow your mind and body to enter this deeply restorative state.
No previous experience is needed – simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided into a space of healing and renewal.
